Original publisher's white paper wrappers light beige paper wrappers with staple binding. Maps contained herein are copyright 1930 by George S. Lee & Co., Inc. 9 1/4" x 12." Thirty-one pages, complete. Fourteen printed green and white road maps, complete. Two additional maps included (New York City map on inside of front cover and a small map of Boston in "Boston Tour" text). Special demarcations and notes are printed in orange-red ink on each map such as state forests and parks, roads, historical monuments, and other places of interest. Pages and covers are very clean and intact except for light age toning and slight wear to corners and edges. A Very Good copy. This is a collection of fourteen printed "Recreation Maps" by George S. Lee & Co., Inc. (of Rutherford, New Jersey) bound in a magazine format. The publication is organized by fifteen tours on the East Coast aimed toward tourists who are traveling by car. Each tour comes with one page of text and one full-page road map. There is one additional map on inside of front cover showing "New York City and Vicinity" and a small Boston map on the page of text accompanying the "Boston Tour." Each road map shows a legend, scale of miles, places of interest, and some natural geographical features such as lakes, rivers, and mountains. The following are the fourteen tours: "New York State Park Tour," "New England Tour," "Golf Club Tour" [New England], "Intercollegiate Tour" [New England], "Boston Tour," "Down East Tour" [New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia], "Gaspe Tour" [Maine and Nova Scotia], "St. Lawrence Tour," "Catskill and Adirondack Tour," "Keystone Tour" [Pennsylvania], "Mason and Dixon Line" [West Virginia], "Washington Tour" [Washington, D.C.], "Great Smokies Tour," and "Civil War Tour" [Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia].
