The book's specifications and pricing is listed as follows: "500 copies, Small Quarto, Printed on Van Gelder Paper, Decorated Blue Boards, $1.50 Net. With Portrait and Autographed $2.00." "The Mosher Press, Portland Maine" printed at the bottom. The rest of the flyer includes positive reviews of the book by different newspapers and publications.
