Original publisher's blue and white paper brochure; one leaf folded in half. 6" x 9." Printed on all four panels (two panels printed front and back), complete. One full-page, blue and white, illustrated advertisement for the Baldwin Piano Company, complete. Text and illustrations in blue and white. Former owner's pencil inscription on inside of front panel. Brochure is very clean and intact overall except for center horizontal and vertical fold lines and slight wrinkling. A Very Good copy. Program for a performance by the Boston Symphony Orchestra, which was founded in 1881 by Henry Lee Higginson and is still active to this day. This performance took place at San Francisco's War Memorial Opera House. Charles Munch is listed as the music director and Pierra Monteux is the guest conductor.. Ephemera.
