"Supplementing the notice in the Postal Bulletin of December 29, 1939, postmasters and em¬ployees of the Postal Service ore hereby advised of the issuance of the second, or Poets' Group, in this special series of postage stamps. "A description of the stamps fellows: 1 cent,Green, Henry W. Longfellow, Portland, Maine, Feb. 16; 2 cent, Red, John Greenleaf Whittier, Haverhill, Mass., Feb. 16; 3 cent,Purple, James Russell Lowell, Cambridge, Mass., Feb. 20; 5 cent, Blue, Walt Whitman, Camden, N, J., Feb. 20; 10 cent, Brown, James Whitcomb Riley, Greenfield, Ind., Feb. 24.
