The approximately 180 page hardcover book inscribed by the unknown author and chef: "Wien, 1865 Novbr. & Decbr." begins with Erbsensuppe [pea soup] and Wurzelsuppe [sausage soup] and many more soups on to aspics, breads, meats, savouries, schnitzels, salads, goulashes, puddings, tortes, liqueurs, and much, much more. The legible 8vo has cloth backed marbleized boards and is overall G+. Manuscript. Book Condition: Good
