The book is a nice copy with rubbing to the gilt lettering on the front board and spine otherwise tight and clean. A few light marks to the cloth. Number 359 of a limited edition of 450. Composed in Baskerville Type cut by the Monotype Company. The book was designed by Hans Mardersteig and printed under his supervision by R&R Clark, Edinburgh on paper supplied by Tullis, Hunter & Co.Ltd, Edinburgh. The blocks for the illus. were made by Robert Seyss, Vienna and binding by Messrs. Nevett, London. Text transalated by Miss Josephine Walther from the German. Limited edition. Book Condition: V.g..
