Neat ink name fep, usual offsetting on first and last blank inner endpapers, hint of fading to extreme ends of spine, else a a fine brilliant copy in the original pale emerald green cloth, in a near fine d.w., the spine with two small marks immediately below the Hogarth logo else complete and clean. In all a remarkably attractive example of the author's first book, of which 1250 copies were printed, but 300 pulped. In a Province portrays the tragic consequences of a racially and ideologically divided South Africa.
