The title page has been signed by the author in black ink. The boards have been well protected, and as such remain clean and square, with bright gold gilt to the spine. The top and bottom edges are just a touch worn. The dust jacket is rubbed and worn, with some creases and closed tears along the edges. Despite this, it is bright, whole and intact. There is a previous owner's stamp marking on the front end page. Apart from the author's signature and the stamp marking, there are no other markings or inscriptions within and the pages are crisp, clean and complete.
