Original billhead printed in blue ink on light beige paper. Also includes handwriting in black ink and pencil. Datelined January 5, 1895 in Sacramento, California. 8 1/4" x 4 1/2." Billhead is very clean and intact but has light age toning, browning on front-left side, two vertical fold lines, and a small closed tear measuring 1/2" and slight wear on front-left side. A Very Good copy. An original billhead from W. Wylie & Company of Sacramento, California to J. [Kaseburg?] of Roseville, California. Kaseburg bought five line items, among which are "Apples," "[Cobb?]," and "Onions." A purple stamp on front shows this bill was paid. The printed header reads, "Bought of W. Wylie & Co., Commission Merchants, 108-110 J Street; Wholesale dealers in Produce and Fruit; Butter; Eggs, Cheese; Potatoes, Beans; Green and Dried Fruits.". Ephemera.
