Illustrated with nearly 150 black and white photographs and reproductions, including a number of full-page and double-spread presentations. A tiny hint of wear to the tips of two corners, else a fine copy in dust wrapper, with just a hint of very light creasing and edgewear, and a little light internal spotting. Uncommon in this casebound format (the book was issued simultaneously in hardback and paperback formats, the latter being considerably more common).. Book Condition: Near Fine. Binding: Hardcover.
