Very handsomely bound in full red calf gilt, contrasting leather lettering piece, decorations to compartments of spine, raised bands. All edges gilt, marbled and new blank endpapers added when bound. Portrait frontis. Spine very slightly rubbed, pages browned. A very clean and handsomely bound volume in a specially made slipcase covered in matching marbled paper and lined in red velveteen.
